What was the best part of the experience?
We’ve been operating an online directory for nearly 12 years and have been having issues with our website falling out of favor with Google. While we still had good results on Bing, most of our traffic at one point was coming from Google. We hired DMA to help us figure out what our issues were as we couldn’t figure it out. Their analysis identified a lot of duplicate content, pages that were getting us penalized, and a lot of loading issues for our mobile visitors.
What would you change about the experience?
It took some time for them to run their analysis, but I could tell they looked at our website from every single angle. When they produced the report, we were shocked at just how much they found.
Feedback:
While we certainly did some of the work on our own to improve the website, we also employed their developers to help us fix some major bugs with our website and ended up hiring them to redesign the website for our mobile audience. Overall, we have seen a 329% increase in organic traffic from Google and even saw a spike in traffic coming from Bing.
