I'm currently drafting in detail my overall very poor experience with Alex at 199 Creative. I will up date this in greater detail in the near future.In the mean time Alex was creatively deceitful to me and did not do what he promised. Sad to say the average Business person is pretty much ignorant on how SEO Companies can so easily manipulate all kinds of results and they are all to good at the shell game of results with their clients. Additionally just one of my complaints is Alex also allowed and ignored Black Hat practices to be ongoing on my website ( of which I have printed proof despite his clams of not practicing such ) resulting almost being banned by Google despite his lame promises of cleaning up my site and saying he was only portraying white hat practices. All while still under his care of his final months of his first 6 month portion of his agreement..( during a 2+ month of the phones being 100% dead ) To add insult to injury, upon my last meeting with Alex he informed me that I needed to just pay him more money to create more landing pages as that was why my site was not doing well, yet landing pages was written into my original contract as his obligation to perform "ongoing". I chose to invest and hire a 3rd party company to perform an in-depth review of my website and its top reasons for its ongoing disfunction with Google. There were and are many neglected reasons that contributed its decline. The findings confirmed what I as an owner needed to aid myself in figuring out what Alex has not been doing and ignoring what caused the downward spiral of our SEO... to no avail I was shocked by the in-depth reports findings and how Alex falsified my website correctness with Google despite it being blatantly 100% against many of Google's recent and current Policies. I realize that many people put negative reviews out there solely based on feelings with nothing to back it up. However, I a business man myself, have emails, contracts, proposals and audits to back up my complaints.
