They came out and got everything set up after 3 days. Then 2 weeks later a storm(lightening) knocked out my receiver. Came out to fix it and decided that the way it was installed was wrong. So since they wanted to drill more holes in my house I said no. And they decided that I wasn't good enough to have their service. Just AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE(Tim)......

Internet service is great, friendly people, phone answering service not so good , phone recording seems to be messed up all the time , but once you do actually reach a human it usally goes good. Im posting this in hopes to get a call back from a message i think i left 3 weeks ago ? The reason why i say think is your phone answering machines are messed up!

How many times are you going to delete my reviews? This ISP is a scam, deletes my reviews, and costs over 100 dollars a month, making them literal extortionists, don't get anything from them. I'll continue to note their horrendous pricing until I can get a website up that THEY can't delete to expose what they've put us through.
