I recently had to buy a computer, and I went to 29th parallel. Rich and his father (also Rich) were both very helpful. I got a good deal on my (used) computer, and when I went back twice for help, I got the help I needed. Unfortuneately, it broke after a couple of days, and they were unable to fix it. I took it back and got a refund.
