Several months ago, I hired 2nd Office to help me with a large eBay listing project.Before my Amazon/eBay selling career, I was a technology manager with a top US bank, and managed a large outsourced team in Mumbai, India. Working with this India team was unpredictable at best, and as a result my expectations for my eBay outsourcing project were quite low.However, it turns out that the biggest problem I have had with 2nd Office has been keeping up with them! They have given me all kinds of information about how to improve my eBay listing practices, and different technologies to make listing go faster. I had planned to give them my listings in 50-listing per week blocks, but they have been able to meet my weekly goals in several hours, with key-word optimizatoin and listing description optimization beyond what I would have been able to do. And best of all, within one week I have already made back the fees that I paid to 2nd Office in new eBay sales generated by the listings 2nd Office created for me.I can't recommend 2nd Office enough for any online seller who wants to take their business to the next level.
