Company has gone down hill. Have damaged our reputation rather than helped. No one calls back or take responsibility.

Great company, we work with them for our Toyota Dealership and our performance manager Donna is an excellent resource for us to have , she has helped us significantly in identifying KPIs and other deficiencies we had in our digital footprint and helped us eliminating them.

Our dealership has been working with 3 Birds for the last 2 years and they have gone above and beyond our expectations. We have been extremely happy with how our company is being represented online and the opportunity we have to communicate with our loyal and new customers. Our dedicated Account Manager Danny has been great. I know that if I need something for our dealership, he will answer the call. Not only that, but the CEO and VP of Accounts has also visited us in person to make sure things were going great. As technology changes, 3 Birds is always ahead of the curve, and since we are in a major market, that is something we need. We look forward to continue our partnership with them.

We used this company for 3 years for automotive e-newsletter. They have decent technology and easy to use interface. We had issues with our account being transferred to a rookie account manager. Somehow they started sending our newsletter to 800 opt-out emails instead of the 30,000 we had been sending to for years. This went on for 3-4 months until we caught the mistake. Somehow it never caught their attention that we were spending $650 per month to send 800 emails. It could have also been a mistake we made, but when brought to their attention, they offered no help or way to make up for the tens of thousands of emails we paid for and were never sent. Asked them for a few free months and they declined and didn't even offer any kind of help. Very interesting way to treat customers when their motto in their email signature says, "We are glad to have a partnership with your business!" We found a better company with which to spend our advertising budget.
