Do not even begin to attempt to work here. This "establishment" is highly unethical towards new employees. They lack the willpower to be transparent and communicate honestly. They will terminate an employee without notice and reasonable opportunity to improve even BEFORE an employee finishes the training process, regardless of the employee's work ethic and dedication. They are even cowardly enough that they won't actually have a discussion with an employee that they are terminating but terminate through a 3rd party, if they can. Unethical business. Terrible to new employees. Dishonest.
