Overall Feedback:

I commissioned Cre8tive to take some footage and photos and they were initially responsive and flexible with their programming, however I found the footage taken to be rushed and unsteady leaving me with lots of footage I couldn't use which was a real shame and fustrating. I also tried calling them a few times recently but their phone went unanswered and my email hasn't been answered either. They also invoiced me very late which I thought was strange.
