The launch of our new website has been an incredibly painful process. But don't think that we didn't know how the star rating works... read on, promise it's worth it.Our website concept was clever and very carefully thought out by 5by5 staff. But once that clever concept became real... being a youth mentoring organization... our program staff got involved and we had to start over. 5by5 stood with us and took the lead, at time part therapist, part mediator, and creative director to be sure. We created forms that served our needs and covered pre-requisite questions, implemented new flow systems, synced to multiple other systems, scheduled information sessions, emailed staff... it's been messy. But 5by5 stood with us. Our national logo changed, so we had to re-think some theme changes after we were well underway, and 5by5 stood with us. We had office email SMTP problems internally that 5by5 had nothing to do with... yet they stood by us. When we needed to update our homepage to that new logo we mentioned, and the reveal day was on the day that 5by5 was physically moving offices... our rep with 5by5 was on the phone with us helping make that change Sunday night at 9 PM so we were sure to be ready. So yea, it's been messy and we have a complicated website that was not easy... but through it all, whether something was their responsibility or not, 5by5 stood with us through the whole entire thing. In this day and age of horrible customer service, it's been a refreshing change. But after all, they are a change agency.
