I know the owners of a number of the companies Tessa has done work for, and every one of them has been thrilled with the difference Tessa has made in their business. I refer them, so I always check after the work is done to see if my friends are happy; they always are. Tessa is a no BS company. They'll always be fair, always do an amazing job - if you follow their advice - and will never sell you something you don't need.
