So when I called to inquire why no one had reached out to let us know that we were using less than 10 minutes of our 500 minute plan for almost $370/month and over 6 MONTHS, I was told by our rep that she has 1000 other customers to take care. Shame on you! and the company for that matter.In response to your reply below, the last time we were contacted was July and we paid over $2200 for 8 phone calls (the past 6 months). I am just coming in to manage this company so more over knowing that they were relying on you to monitor ROI is even more sickening. When would someone have reached out had I not come in? Also, in that 6 month period there were months with no calls at all on the number you provided and yet you still continued to charge us $367/month with no follow up. It's great to hear a company is growing but if its at a pace that jeopardizes the service promised to provide - well you get where I'm going.
