I have used A-1 Engraving several times over the past few years. They make my employee name tags with our logo on them. The service and communication from Don is great! The name tags arrive super fast and the quality of the tag and the engraving is excellent! I highly recommend them for your engraving needs.

Just ordered a small name plate after spending days trying to find someone who could make one up. It came today. The only thing correct about what I saw online and what came to me was the spelling of the name and the date. Oh yes, and the font! The plate was smaller than what I thought was coming and the color was black, not brass as it appeared on the online site. So I called Don, at A-1 Engraving Service and got anything BUT service. He was rude, he argued about it, continually telling me that HE was right, I was wrong. I explained that what I thought I was ordering online was not what I got. And for the sake of a few dollars to this company, and making a customer happy, he was willing to argue, be RIGHT, and WIN, as far as his actions went. I would never lose a potential repeat customer over a few dollars. Instead, I would hope that I would tell that customer that mistakes happen, on both ends, and I would graciously do what I could to insure a happy customer! Egos get in the way of folks sometimes... clearly!
