If you want your documentation completed in a timely manner, go elsewhere. The woman behind the counter took over an hour to fill out simple title and registration paperwork. Not that they were busy, I was the only one there. She spent most of the time informing me of her political views and complaining about her family. Took over a week to send in the paperwork to the DMV and almost two months (and several phone calls from me) to get my registration mailed out.
