I have been a AAA member for many years, but have only visited this center a few times. Today, Sunday, 8/4/19, at about 3:20 I stopped by because some passport pictures they'd taken of me were returned by the State Department because they didn't meet technical specifications. There were only two people there---one gentleman and one young lady. The young lady motioned me over, barely speaking or acknowledging me while still carrying on a conversation with the gentleman. From the very beginning she displayed a very sour attitude. She has presented herself that way each of the three times I've visited that center. When I tried to show her the letter from the State Department that included a description of what was wrong with the photos and what the required specs are, she turned a way and said "I know how to work a camera". She held onto that very bad attitude the entire time I was in the center. After two church services that day, it still took all I had to hold it together. LOL I have always not understood why people choose to work for a place that requires interaction with other people if they in fact don't like working with people. And I'm sure this isn't the only time she has behaved in this manner, so why hasn't AAA better trained her. Just saying!
