Stopped in AAA to check on my membership and grab a couple of local maps. For me, GPS is OK, but there is nothing like using a nice paper map to plot your entire journey. The AAA Staff were AAA friendly and helpful, giving me exactly what I needed. The coffee and delicious cookies (I had two on the way out) was a special bonus. Overall great experience. If you are planning to travel, check out this hidden gem in Menomonee Falls, WI!

I am a AAA member -- I had a great experience in 2016 for a birthday trip to Mexico that I planned through this location. However, this year (2018), I reached out to plan another and never heard back from a travel agent. I initially requested an appointment and gave specifics. A WEEK later, and I hadn't heard a response. So I called and spoke to the receptionist who apologized and said someone would call me back. It's ANOTHER week later, and I have yet to hear back from anyone.
