Access Services honestly did virtually nothing to help me when suicidal and depressed, other than try to "sell" me case management services that wasn't available when I really needed it. There were a couple times that I was suicidal but refused to talk to them. Honestly, they are like talking to a car dealer when suicidal or boarderline suicidal. Fortunately, I am not suicidal anymore, but not thanks to this organization. A couple of the 5 star reviewers, such as Brenda, are employed with the agency, as shown on their LinkedIn. But I liked their non-crisis Warmline, but no longer can call them due to now living outside their service area.
