TERRIBLE, AWFUL, RUDE Customer Service! Our company purchased the Aspen Curved display a few years ago, and we update our graphics every couple of years. That was back when I had an account sales rep to deal with, he was pleasant and helpful. Since they switched to this online sales / artwork processing system - I have received nothing but grief and RUDE responses. After this graphic update (3 sets of panels) I am DEFINITELY going to buy a new booth from a different company because if I ever have to deal with them again, it will be too soon. Save your sanity, buy from someone else who cares.... you are just a transaction now, ZERO customer service. Look at the time/date stamp for the other reviews, if they are positive - its probably before their new system.
