I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A LOWER RATING I ordered a custom shirt from this place on Wednesday, May 17th and was told that it would be ready on Friday May 19th by 3pm. I was going to be out of the state but I sent my mother to pick it up at 3pm.She left her job early to make sure she was on time to pick up my shirt so she could send it to me in Atlanta only to be told that it wouldn't be ready until 5pm. At this point, my elderly mother had decided to wait and had been there since 3pm.At 5:27pm, I called and Jorge (or George) answered and, after voicing my concerns, he rudely asks me "So what do you want me to do?". I told him that, in the vein of customer service, he should be telling me what he is willing to do appease a customer.I told him its not about the money but I felt some sort of discount should be given for the inconvenience and he tells me "We don't really do discounts but you can maybe talk to the owner when she gets here on Monday".I explained that my mother has been sitting there suffering for 3 hours. He then has the AUDACITY to turn to my mother and say to her "Are you suffering?".THIS WAS MY FINAL STRAW.Jorge's (or George's) nonchalant, un-customer service like, careless attitude is the reason why I AM LIVID and will make sure no one I know would DARE patronize this establishment again.
