The worst company ever, they start a project for an OTA for me in October 2015 with a timeline of 4 month to be completed, until today is not done. The team was lying that there working on my project (supervisor Duglas and Sam honestly told me after a fight that they were working only when they had free time) and deliberate postponing the deadline, I end up fighting in order to get the project moving, they got almost $4000 for the 80% of the project, today even a simple page like term and condition is not working most of pages have errors (please check photo proof that I upload). We have a contract that they would provide support for 6 month after the project, unfortunately they didn't provide even a day of support, whenever I was calling them they were telling me that they would do it when they are free as they have other works (ridicules), today I contact them to let them know that the dummy text on the pages (like term and condition) can not be changed and a lot of pages have errors, the supervisor Sam came back to me and told me that they would need to send it to sales team in order for me to pay more for their mistakes, I told him you got pay for that $4000 and you have 6 month responsibility for support and correction on the work that you got paid for it already, he basically told me that his supervisor doesn't want to honour the contract and nobody want to talk to me (logical they got the money and they run away ). Then the sales team manager Nikhil came back to me (after calling him 10 times) ignoring their responsibilities and avoiding to answer my questions if they would do a refund in order for me to find a company to do the work that they do not want to do .In conclusion I want to say one thing ,read my experience and check the photo that i upload before you trust them as the majority of the positive post are from their staff.
