I called action adjustment to schedule a claim inspection with Mr Paul Yemm. The next day Paul had come out and accessed all the damages and put an estimate together. He then scheduled a day for the insurance company to come out and inspect it together. The end result was a blessing and I owe it all to Mr Paul Yemm. Thanks to you and your team. If you're a busy person like me and you need a public adjuster to handle your loss. Mr Paul Yemm and Action Adjustment is the company you need to hire.

Dealing with insurance companies can be a nightmare, but not when you work with Paul Yemm. We cannot be happier about our experience and the final results. We had a water leak which caused damage to our carpeting and the wood work plus other areas. We worked with Paul Yemm and he treated us so good , he was professional, friendly, and he was looking out for our interest. Paul responded to my initial phone call within 15 mins even though it was evening ,and was out to look at the damage and to complete all paperwork the very next day. Paul made us feel completely calm and that there wasn't anything to worry about and that he would handle everything. From the initial call Paul handled everything in a expediant, professional manner. We would highly recommend Paul Yemm and Action Adjustment Services .

I do not recommend this company. I had a very bad experience and will never forget or forgive what happened to me as a result of doing business with them. Lesson learned and I would never trust this company or industry again. Consumers should be very careful, don't be rushed to sign anything. Make sure you ask a lot of questions and get several quotes or opinions from other public adjusters and contractors. Do not hire a contractor referred to you by the public adjuster. The public adjuster will get part of insurance payment from the contractors. You can visit the PA Consumer Bureau website or call for more information. Also, homeowners that had fire damage beware of "fire chasers". I had to change my original complaints because I was threatened with a lawsuit for defamatory comments from Action Adjustment's lawyer.

I had a fire at my house. I was referred to Paul through a friend. He helped me with finding a place to stay and gave me an advance for some clothing and cosmetics. He was very knowledgeable and informed me of every step we had to take. I am so thankful for the guidance of Paul and Action Adjustment for helping me out at this tough time for me . I was very happy with the final outcome .I would highly recommend Paul and his crew to anyone in need of help with a tragedy to your home.
