Purchased Color Run insurance, can't make the run. They want a drs. note stating i can't run. BUMMER!! THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF EXTRAORDINAIRE!!!

FRAUD ALERT!!! This company is a scam. You pay to do a Color Run and then they sign you up without your permission or knowledge for their "benefits" and charge you $70/year. I only just caught them and they refuse to return my money. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE COLOR RUNS!!!

This is a deceptive & predatory company that focuses on forcing involuntary customers into monthly/yearly contracts directly with ACTIVE through defaulted opt-in options on event registration pages. Their interface & backend system is poorly developed. The only reason they continue to thrive is through bribing event directors. You can thank ACTIVE for driving up costs & creating a more bland, corporate feel to your once-favorite races.

I never signed up for their service and they began fraudulently charging my credit card. I haven’t had any luck getting a hold of them.

I have never once signed up for a race or any other form of event. I randomly received a charge on my card I contacted them and filed the charge as fraud. I have once again receive discharge even after speaking with him and ensuring me that this would go away. Now I'm on the phone with the fraud department the next step is contacting a lawyer. This is absolutely a scam I do not know how this place is not been shut down yet. Avoid this place at all costs if you see it on your credit card call your fraud department.

I signed my daughter up for a basketball class for about $75. One month later I was charged again? Customer service said that I opted in for the "monthly membership" during registration for the class (I don't remember that...it must have been a sneaky check box somewhere?). It was a free 30day trial, then $75 each month...but, for what?The only reason they don't get ONE STAR is because when I called customer service, they refunded the charge (or said they did) immediately. I hope to see the refund in 3-5 days?
