Suite 900 is a joke. My husband and i went to go pay a ticket we were given yesterday and the woman at the window was so rude, i was absolutely disgusted with how she treated us. She had the worst attitude and kept bobbing her head around and being really snappy. She was just a very nasty lady. I felt so uncomfortable even talking to her. I mean we just wanted to pay our bill. She was no help at all and in my opinion has no business working with the public if she can't do her job to help. I had to ask another lady who was receiving the mail how i was supposed to pay my fine if they didn't receive it on their end. She was a nice and polite woman. The original woman should be ashamed of herself for acting the way she did. She gave the whole place a really bad look and it was really uncalled for. She definitely shouldn't have a job dealing directly with customers. Maybe in a back copy room or the basement will suit her better.

A joke! no help for 10 years. They start off by saying what they can't do!!!!!by the time they are done.. you ask yourself why did you even come here for help and it is our tax dollars which pays them!!!!!! You are told that you cannot speak with your caseworker????? The person you speak to can do nothing! Why are they there. I have had my case worker changed without notice to my notice several times!!!! A JOKE NO HELP
