My large t-shirt order was processed incorrectly and not according to my final design approval. The font was so light it was hard to even read. No one seemed to care. No apology even after admitting it was a production error. And I had to ask for a discount. I received just 10% off but was still charged a set up fee for an incorrectly produced product. My credit card was charged before I ever received a final adjusted invoice. Very disappointing service!
