No job growth. If you go above and beyond it does not matter. Performance Evals are a joke because the company did bad financially it reflects poorly on your eval even if you have nothing to do with financials. They downsized several departments recently to try to stay a float. If you want job security look elsewhere.

I have worked for Advantage Solutions in Marketing for a little over 6 months. They company is a great place to work. They allow me to work as much or as little as I want. My days are very flexible and my coordinator truly cares about her employees.
