After 45 years as a practicing professional, I recently downsized my company with the goal of eventually retiring. After being a RB client for many years I asked the agent who handles my business liability account, Jenn Ratke, to review my policy to see if I was paying for coverage no longer relavant or needed as a result of the recent downsizing. The question was posed on more than one occasion without a reply. We all know how insurance companies and their agents derive their income. I guess some policy holders get better customer service than others for the obvious reason. Needless to say, I'm no longer a RB client.
