This Aerotek is so un-profressional and untrustworthy, especially Max Hanson, when I apply a CNC Machinist job (which I overqualified for), he got me on an interview and tried to place to just Machine Operator job low paying and nothing like the one I applied for. After an interview with him and another guy, they told me to hold on any interviews I have so they could find a job that suits me, set up to call me back but they never do. They just lied so you go home and won't bother them anymore. All I can say is they're paper pusher and mass recruiter, EMPLOYER PLEASE BEWARE, they don't care who you need, they just push the people they think will have good attendance, nothing else, no skill, no brain. EMPLOYEE PLEASE BEWARE, they don't care about you, how good you are at work.

Recruiters lie a lot. Like talking to used car salesmen. I traveled an hour up to that office twice. They lure me up there with a good job description, then tried to offer me some low paying entry-level hard working job. This office displays discriminatory actions.

They werent very nice; they made you feel as though you were an annoyance. Somewhat condescending, and very bossy in a rude way. Also the recruiter I was working with, Danielle Kjersem, just stopped all forms of communication with me. There was no given notice or reason as to why she ignored me which was disappointing. Very unprofessional...

Honestly one of the worst agencies I've ever worked for this is the third time that they have lost my money and when I call them to talk about it they basically said it's my fault when it's clearly isn't. Excellent communication Aerotek

Wouldn't find me a job but kept spamming me asking me to find them workers. Told me serveral times they had a job for me and never called me back. They would make excuses for not calling me back... Apologize... And still not call me back again. They don't care about there workers anymore then what they can do for Aerotek especially Brian Chin

Well have to give them a 1 star, it's all great by them getting in and talk, and you explain your sistuation and go through everything with them, then you get a standard ok got all my information and I will get intoxuin with you and let you know, I think it's pretty said for a company that has employees that do not know how to followup with people, even we leave a VM message it only takes about 3 mins to call them back instead of sending emails. This company has a very lack of communication with prospective employees, I think if you don't "fit" then they just leave you hanging with no explanation. I find this company pretty sad even there managers do not know how to communicate.

I have to say that they are very good at their work. And I am very happy to have great respect for my recruiter and her supervisor because they treated me in a respectful manner. If they treat you with respect it's a good idea to respect them in return. We all should treat others as well so that we are treated the same way. Thank you to my recruiter and her supervisor! And yes I already told my friends if they need good recruiters that I already know one. She is very good at her job and know how to treat people with well respect, so down to earth personality.
