I bought a new stihl 391 chain saw from Aherns in October 2017. After less than three months, something let go in the saw. Not Aherns fault, i'm not even upset with stihl, it's how Aherns handled it. I took it back for repair under warrantee. They have had my saw for over three weeks, and not so much as a phone call. When I stopped in to check on it, I was told the mechanic had to call stihl before repairing the saw. I have no idea what he is waiting for, I just want my saw back...
