I feel cheated by AIG! Two years ago, before I reached 70 years old, I bought AIG's annual travel plan. I was told by the counter staff and understood from their phamlet that I could renew annually until 80 years old. I renewed it last year, but this year the counter staff told me that I could not renew it anymore and when I called to their HQ, the manager on duty told me the same thing because AIG has terrminated the product. But they have a new product with the same age conditions for joining, which I am not able to buy becsuse I am already 72 years old. How can AIG change their policy just like that without considering the promise they gave to the existing customer?
