We love the tailgate "Joey lift" they put in our vehicle, 3 years ago. Over the years we have had some minor problems, which they inspected quickly and solved in the case of a broken spring in the shut-off switch plate, although they did not have the correct replacement spring they did gerry-rig a workable solution until I came back for my 6 month standard maintenance. Thank you for also fixing the "loose-nut" running the lift, better known as operator error.
