They dont even deserve a star! They are liars and manipulators. Took my money and said they couldn't refund after I paid early and it was mistake on their end. They need the Better Business Bureau to come out and take a look at this company because they do not follow any polices and not professional whatsoever.

Been doing business here for years with 4 different policies and have given referrals. I missed a payment(swear I didn't receive in mail), when I called for help the person was very nonchalant, left me feeling as I was not a valued customer. After some thought I decided fine I'll do business elsewhere, again the treatment from Alamo was my business was of no value. The final call I found them offensive and misquoting our conversation. Sad that as customers our business isn't as valued as it used to be.

I have done great with this place till now I’m only giving this one situation a one star but all my other experiences with this place deserve a four star. I called to get insurance and explained I needed it sent over immediately we’re at a dealership trying to close a car deal. I was assured it be sent. Nope an hour passed no Covage sent to us. Long story short we ubered home cause we couldn’t prove we just purchased insurance. Smh shame on us we should of called progressive.......

The owner of this place is a Fraud. He will sign you up for insurance, give you a price and have you sign your life away. Then a couple months later you will get a letter in the mail stating you owe more than he quoted you. His knowledge on the products he sells is incompetent to say the least. He doesn’t know how installment plans work nor does he understand when payments are due. If I didn’t call the company myself my coverage would of lapsed. Do not go here.

Great service! The staff is friendly and very patient and informative. Jessie helped me out today and it was a very pleasant experience and for the best price possible. Pricing on insurance is very reasonable and the best in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
