Greedy LIARS. Did me very wrong and refused to make it right. Customer for 5 years, never again. These people are untrustworthy.

If I could do no stars I would!!! Set up what I thought was homeowners insurance with these people. Called to make my payment and was informed that they never turned in paperwork so I paid something for three months even though I WASNT covered and when I got upset they yelled at ME! plus turns out they shouldn't have sold me the policy to begin with because I'm renting to own! Very dissatisfied

Bad Customer Service!!

Called yesterday, have always trusted Albright's with my insurance needs. Come to find out my policy was all messed up. Ended up costing me a lot more money.

Bad customer service got yelled at by someone in charge. What happened to letting the customer vent. I mean after all when you find out you was suppose to have insurance to find out your uninsured for 3 months and then they don’t return phone calls and place you on hold for 25 minutes. Well I will be taking my business elsewhere that 300.00 dollars a month they don’t get. You know it’s sad no one takes responsibility for there screws and act like no big deal. Glad you house didn’t burn down or anything.

I had, well at least i thought I had home owners insurance through Albright's by a company called Casualty Corporation. Unfortunately I found out i wasn't insured when calling to make my 3rd payment on my home owner's insurance. First when calling i was placed on hold for 25 minutes solid trying to make the payment then the phone rang and disconnected. So i called back and waited for the person that was suppose to be above everyone, i raised my voice a little bit with her out of frustration. Then she proceeded to yell back at me. Even though my house and family had been uninsured for 3 months and my personal assets at risk. I am currently finding another insurance company. Bad customer service, never refunded my money for the insurance i never received, and never called me back to settle the matter. So you decide for yourself wether you want to be the next person who thought they were insured.
