We highly recommend Mrs. Rachel Crane with ALFA Insurance Company located in front of Wal-Mart in Pearl, Mississippi. We’ve been using ALFA, specifically through Mrs. Rachel for many years and find her staff as well as herself to be very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of insurance needs. As of this date, all calls have been returned promptly and inquiries answered sufficiently in language that is explained (Insurance Jargon can be confusing) and understandable! Not only have we received excellent customer service, we’ve gotten the very best coverage for all our insurance needs! That covers the whole gamut: Auto, Camper Trailer, Primary Home Insurance as well as our Rental Property Insurance! To be sure, we are completely covered and always up to date on any/all changes that may come down the pipe! Mrs. Rachel is always two steps ahead and gives ample alerts for our consideration! If you are in a situation where you are needing Insurance Coverage and need price/coverage options, please consider giving Mrs. Rachel Crane a call.
