Ordered a scooter for 3 days which was due to returned on a Sunday afternoon; however we flew back on a Sunday morning. The shop keeper told us to come on Saturday 5:30pm instead.This was fine by us and we planned our last day around returning the scooter, only to get there and realise the shop closed early, after calling the owner he said he could not come and had gone home and I would have to post the keys and my credit card details to get the deposit back. This also reinforces the BS of free pick up and drop off, we had to walk back 45mins to get back to our hotel because of this.Although I ultimately got my deposit back this is clearly shocking customer service which wasted our time and manipulated our plans.I would come to Portugal again but would go to another scooter company.
