We lost one of the paws to our Wildcat Mascot. I called Alinco and Donna was very helpful. She made sure which Mascot we had and emailed me a quote. Once I got permission to order the Paws, I emailed the Purchase Order to her and she processed the order that day. When we received our invoice, it had a tracking number on it so that I could track my shipment. Great customer service! I would recommend Alinco Costumes!
