Overall Feedback:

Dishwasher upper rack broke one side, gave the gentleman at the counter the model number and explained my issue he promptly found the part and explained I would have to purchase a kit with both sides. I was happy and ordered it right there and he said call in a day or two and I got it in that time frame. The new parts were different and somewhat upgraded ( I believe whirlpool found there first product in plastic was not a good idea so the new one was metal) I didn’t find out until I got home. Called and the gentleman at the counter explained I would probably be better googling on how to replace with new upgraded parts. That was the way to go and fairly easy. In final this place has saved me multiple times from spending a fortune on repair services. I’m a diy kinda guy and if you are too then this is your appliance place! Thanks guys!
