Turn around! I used this company last year for embroidering of my physicians labcoat - they did it wrong and had to order new ones. Giving the benefit of the doubt, my other physician needed some labcoats mongrammed this year. We dropped them off with specific instructions and even requested a proof. No proof was sent and when we went to pick up the first time- they were wrong! Again new jackets had to be ordered. We again requested a proof before proceeeding - once again NOTHING! They were finally able to get it straightened out. Earlier this week I took 3 more labcoats with VERY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS. Logo on the LEFT shoulder and name on the RIGHT. Guess what?!? We picked them up and it's WRONG!! AGAIN!!!! When we started questioning - Frank the owner came out yelling at my staff asking what we want from him. When we instructed that we want it done right he told us that we do it different than other doctors!!! I couldn't believe it. If my physician wants a logo on each sleeve and her name on the collar if you say you can do something and have SPECIFIC EASY INSTRUCTIONS on how it should look then that's what you should do!!! Fred proceeded to give the jackets back to my employee and tell him he doesn't want to do business with our clinic anymore because we're too difficult. My employee refused the jackets telling him that he has to replace them because they are wrong again! WOW - 3 different incidents with 3 incorrect designs and we're in the wrong?!?! We have pictures and copies of everything - we even sent those pictures to him so it would make it super easy yet they still did it wrong and had the nerve to blame us because we don't do it like "other doctors". We're not other doctors - We are individuals who know what we want!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone- EVER!
