VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Woman that answered was extremely short and RUDE Refused to listen to my question and hung up on me. I wanted to explain that I had a previous appointment to speak with the gentleman that worked there.she must have been having a very bad day...dont take it out on your customers
