Good service! Very happy with this company. They go out of their way to explain all the coverages especially for auto and home insurance. They also explained how my previous insurance company cut important coverages just to lower the premium to get a sale. If you are looking for the real deal insurance agent, this is it. Very friendly, family owned and saved me money too!

Not happy with this company! I had an auto insurance policy for years with them. They automatically added my 17 year old daughter to the policy without discussing it with me first. This was an increase of over $1,000/yr. When I contacted them about it they said they "tried" to get in contact with me. Really? They also told me it was "the law." This was a lie. It may be a policy of theirs, but not the law. They had an opportunity to correct an issue of only $113 that I don't feel responsible to have to pay, but instead are ignoring the issue. Bad service, didn't go out of their way to fix the problem, rude on the phone. I recommend going elsewhere!

I have been using Allen & Allen for all of my insurance needs for over 20 years. In that time, their professionalism and knowledge of their products has been nothing short of amazing. When I call their office for questions and concerns, I am treated like an old friend and my issues are addressed immediately. On the few unfortunate times that I have had to make a claim, I simply made a call to them and they took care of the entire rest of the process. In a world where the independent insurance agency is rarity, Allen & Allen is like finding the Hope Diamond in your back yard.
