This is probably the worst place to work ever unless you are okay with being told you cant be sick, you cant take care of your kids and you literally have to live here the whole week. Weekends are not negotiable so dont think you can have weekends off. Trying to get off for an appointment for health or anything turns into you getting written up. I see a lot of comments about not getting hired because of sexual differences and age and race but that's something that isn't true. They have a lot of diversity throughout the company and those people weren't hired because they had bad work experience, no experience or have been fired. If you are okay with your life not being your own then you can join this company. I worked in both collections and customer service and both times I had to leave due to stress. Definitely not a good company like they say. The turn around cant be that great either especially with a permanent "NOW HIRING" sign on the sideThey say this is not how they want things but it's how they run the business. They say they are easy going but then they are on your butt and breathing down your neck to get things done within a minute which makes it a stressful place to work. I dont want someone treating me like I'm three. STAY AWAY!!

I work at Alliance Data Westminster as a collections associate. It's a great place to work. Communication between staff and the hierarchy could be better, but they are constantly working to improve. It's a fast paced environment that's always changing, but changing for the better nonetheless.

The white guys down stairs hired me. Mandala a guy who works upstairs is a racist and didnt want to hire old white guys. I showed up to work and was told to go home after being told to show up for work on the 3/19/2018. BEWARE, and I notice a Lesbian in the comments below with a similar comment. This must be a disgusting and vile place to work for if you are of the wrong races and age.

Management is great, they treat you well but kind of shove the metrics down your throat. It’s a nice place to be, only down side is sitting in a chair all day and taking calls- so the actual job. Have a wonderful cafe too.

Unprofessional company, great to work for until they're done with you and drop you like you're a piece of garbage. They fired six people today for calling in sick. Unbelievable. And that is after they tried to take away the bonuses they offered people at the last minute. 2 thumbs down.When they let you go, they don't let you get anything at your desk, they throw it in a box and ship it to you, breaking anything that might be delicate.
