Very poor service. My husband and father in law have the same name. And on more than one occasion we have received each others bills, and been charged wrong amounts. They put one of his drivers claims on my account so our bill went up. But they kept telling me they have fixed the issue. Yet no drop in my bill. One of the claims they claimed it was me driving my husbands truck, even though the police report clearly stated it was a car and a different name. They fail to mention that any time you make a change to your policy it is a $50 charge. But they recommended we put the truck in storage and then bring it out when we need to use it for the weekend. The truck was only $25 a month. But the time I paid the $50 twice that paid for 4 months. But it was in the small print. Finally got a new company and when I called to cancel they just said ok your good to go. No signature no proof of who I was. Glad some joe shmoe could call in and cancel my insurance Allstate. I WOULD NOT recommend this office. He took over for some one else and it has all been down hill since. So glad to be leaving.

Julie is the heart of this office, they are lucky to have her. She is always prompt and quickly responds to me every time. I do wish it was easier to reach to actual licensed Allstate agent/owner and in my original attempts to do that is when I realized Julie pretty much does everything.

These guys are 100% awesome. We've insured everything with them - house, 6 cars, boat, and RV's for over a decade and we are confident the premiums can't be beat, and Camille is a rock star! She takes care of any and every issue we've had. We will stay with them for life.

I love the staff at Crowther and Larson Agency! They are always there when I need them and they keep me on track with all of my insurance needs. I would highly recommend this agency! I really love the texting feature they have as well!
