Adam delivers personalized, above and beyond customer excellence. I recently had an unfortunate incident with a claims adjuster after my auto was deemed total loss due to hail damage. I emailed to let him know I was happy with his service as my agent, but the experience with the adjuster was off putting. He called the adjuster manager, who spoke very highly of Adam.She got in touch with me. We came to a more equitable settlement. It’s refreshing to see customer service still alive and well in America. You can count on Adam.
