this guy sucks!! he changes rates without telling you and won't answer questions. can never get ahold of him anyway so its pointless !this guy should be fired ! also i don't believe he's very computer literate as emails don't get responded to and he got my address wrong over 5 times! STAY AWAY !

This is the worst insurance agent ever!! It is hard to reach him whether its over the phone, email, text. It takes him too long to respond or he doesn't respond at all. He lied to me about my insurance policies and signed me up for insurance that I did not give him consent to do, then did nothing about it when I contacted him, he suggested I speak with customer service. Beware!!

Poor service. He does nothing but talk on the phone. No help when I had a question about my claim. He will be losing me as a client.

He does not return emails or phone calls for quotes, never in his office when I stop by, and the 1 time I did stop by because I just had had and accident down the street from his office, he asked what did I want and why I went to go see him. I explained that we were just in an accident and I needed to file a claim. He then said well that's why there is a phone number so you can call so I don't have to do all the paper work, plus he was talking on a personal phone call the whole 10 minutes I was there. I would really like to change agents, but you have to drop Allstate for a year and then come back and choose another agent. What sucks is that another agent helped me with the quote for my new house I'm going to purchase, but Mr. Perkins is going to get the credit for it. That is wrong!
