Changed my bill date without permission, had super bad attitudes and after I questions of he they charged 300 dollars extra one month they stopped picking up my calls. Worst experience I ever had with these people, this women should not be in business period. I hope she goes threw half the stuff she put me threw. I started paying 500 a month then they moved it out of no where to 800 I quickly went to geico havent had problems since :p

Beware this office has shaky privacy policies. Ami’s employees gave my ex-husband access to my account without my permission. She states because he had a printout of a portion of my policy that was permission enough for her, she didn’t feel the need to call me first. She also says that anyone with a printout of a portion of your policy can come in and get confidential information and was willing to argue that with me til I hung up. So what I learned is that my ex husband or any man can go in there with a piece of paper and get information from my account. Not safe, not safe at all. Your not in good hands at Allstate at all.

I used to love this place. They used to be very personable and always with a big smile to see you. The communication is with email now. I called with a question and Debbie was busy and left a message to call back. She never called back. I went down to ask a few questions and the receptionist was emailing back and forth while Debbie was in other room with doors closed. I will definitely be looking for a new agent that has a little more time for their customers. I guess they are growing and too big now to be personable. This is the second time this has happened to me at the Camas location. I'm not one usually to write negative things, but this has really got to me.
