My experience with Allstate could not been better. I was leaving NYCM insurance that I had been with since 1996. NYCM had changed for the worse and their actions were now egregious in nature. I was in a panic to leave NYCM- ASAP! My contact at Allstate was Lisa McDonnell ,who immediately calmed me down. She worked with me through all my extensive list of questions and had the patience of a saint. I felt comfortable that she was going to treat me fairly and find me the best rates. Lisa’s quotes were more than fair and I was very pleased with the professionalism: care, compassion, work ethic, and concern she displayed. Randi at next desk was personable also and it seems whomever you get as your agent at Allstate -Middle Island, NY you won’t be disappointed!
