We have been customers of the Post Falls, ID Alstate office for year's before Andy Cline purchased the book of business. We even continued our policy with the Post Falls Office throughout our service in the US military. We used the Alstate Corporate customer service due, to the lack of communication from anyone in the Post Falls, ID office. I personally overlooked their inability to return a phone call, email, etc, because I was under the impression the Alstate Corporate customer services changes would be reflected simultaneously with the Andy Cline Offices.Upon purchasing a new vehicle we attempted to contact the Post Falls, ID once again (since we where at a dealership nearby) no return phone calls, emails etc. Again out of frustration, we contacted the Corp Offices, and once again the Andy Cline's Offices can't figure it out. Shortly after we purchased a new vehicle, we paid off all balances owed Alstate and cancelled our policy. However the Offices in Post Falls charged us (debted our account without authorization) for a new policy after the cancellation. Their negligence is costing me, I strongly do not advise doing business with this franchise, until they get their ducks in a row. There are other Alstate Franchises in the area. Respectfully...
