Just try canceling your insurance. After calling them again I was told I can cancel via email. I opened the email and downloaded the spot I was supposed to sign but it didn't work. What a surprise. Not.Did I try several times? Yes.Waited for snail mail, signed and mailed. Phone call, I didn't add the date. Can't you just add the date for me? Yes but when did you want it canceled?How about the FIRST time I asked you to cancel it? And now they said since it was past 30 days I had to send proof of my insurance. Proof of insurance to cancel my insurance?? Let me add I am two states away trying to settle things with my parents estate and still grieving. And that they are still trying to bill me when I said I wanted to cancel.No I would never recommend Allstate to anyone. Yes I am very happy with State Farm.

Disappointing customer service with this agency.The owner is never available and hides behind inexperienced office staff.I have watched the personal service I received with the previous owner disintegrate under this owner.if you are looking for fair, local, involved agency , then definitely look elsewhere.

I've had the pleasure of dealing directly with Lori in this office for over 15 years! Through thick and thin, a half dozen cars & a few different homes, this office has provided nothing but snappy, efficient, and friendly service. I have been very happy with the rates, expediency of filed claims, and other services. Watch out for 1-star reviews based solely on a single incident (specifically roadside assistance, which this office has nothing specifically to do with!). I always recommend this office to any friends or loved ones interested in a switch, and look forward to many more years with Lori on the line!

All participants (Billy, Brian and Yani) were exceptional from the get go. Follow up, discussion, alternatives and prices were exceptional and received my business. I'll add I do more insurance shopping EVERY year than the average person and this agency has my attention. Give them a try and Yani inevitably was my primary contact for final dealings and will continue to be my primary contact going forward. Thanks again.

Hardest people to get ahold of. They are always there while they're trying to sign you up and then once you do they forget about you. Multiple unanswered texts, emails, and most calls going to voicemail later I decided to switch back to my previous insurance.
