Fran was able to help us with some changes that were made & got us great rates. The staff is very courteous & makes you feel like family. They really do their best to make sure you are happy. Called Allstate to have something faxed over to a loan company. Spoke to Fran who is always cheerful and willing to help in any way possible.She was very accommodating and happy to send the fax. I recently had two occasions to contact Blair Bogden Allstate office regarding my premium payment. On the initial call I spoke with Christa and in a follow up call a few weeks later I spoke with Fran. Both were an example of the Allstate motto “You are in good hands with Allstate”! This particular agency provides reassurance, friendliness, competence and is the reason Allstate will be my insurance carrier for auto and home as long as I have a need for insurance.
