Started off good. Then the company learned that my teenage son had a CT license with my address. He was actually living with his mother in New Hampshire at the time, but since he had passive use of one of my vehicles this agent sternly told me my premium was going up (an even) $700 per 6 months. So much for customer service and working with a long time Allstate insured with no claims. I went with another company and for some reason two weeks later they were asking about my son who by then had his own insurance. I wonder who reported me to a 'consumer reporting agency'....Uncanny timing. Phil Coleman

I've had my family with Allstate and with Brad Manning for almost 20 years now. For Auto, Homeowners and an Umbrella Policy. Sure every once in a while we get tempted with "offers" from other Insurance Companies because anyone these day is foolish not to shop. What we found is that because we've had claims over the years, Allstate has always paid to our needs and expectations.Brad and his team (a shout out to Linda ;-) ) have always made my insurance life easier. Brad has given me honest advise and never attempted to manipulate me with fear tactics, so he wouldn't lose my account. That kind of ethics is hard to come by. He even takes all the time we need to comprehend options. Bottom line is, we continue to stay with Brad. I write this of free will. Sometimes we should take the time to give credit where credit is due. If you're shopping insurance, either new or for a savings over what you're paying now. I can't promise you lower prices, but I can guarantee you an honest and comfortable experience... never a hard sell.
