I have been with Brent’s office for many years now and have nothing but positive feedback. Aside from having competitive rates, he also has a great staff. I have made many changes and inquiries with my policies & always receive very quick & courteous service. They gladly take the time to give me all of my options so that I could make informed decisions regarding my deductibles & premiums. I Feel like a valued customer with Brent & his staff, so much so that I probably pass by 10 other agencies between my house & his office, and feel they are worth that extra drive. I would highly recommend them.

The staff at Brent Jablonski's Allstate agency has been so outstandingly kind, helpful, and efficient that I never want to change agencies! I need to make certain policy changes several times a year and have had unfailingly pleasant experiences with each and every member of the highly intelligent, extremely cheerful and accommodating staff. I give them 12 stars!!!!

I called several times to try to set up insurance. I was put on hold, for so long, I hung up. Then I called back and left a message. No one called me back. I found another agent, with another company.

BUYER BEWARE! The service from Brent Jablonski and his staff is TERRIBLE! If you need assistance from them you will either have a very difficult time getting to speak with them, and they always act like you are bothering them. Also the rates are very INFLATED. With something as important as insurance, and as much competition as there is, for your business ..... just find another agent!
