Awful customer service. The absolute worst. Didn’t have this problem with the previous agent. Been an Allstate customer at this agency for the majority of the last 22 years. Left several messages with him and zero response, ever. Refuses to explain how I can lower my rates which are outrageous. Just awful.If you are going with Allstate find another agent.
